Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the GraceHUB marketplace platform.

1. Acceptance

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What We Do

We operate an online marketplace connecting Clients and independent Care Providers.

We are NOT:

  • A medical provider
  • A nursing home
  • An employer of Care Providers
  • A home care agency

Care Providers are independent contractors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure
  • Ensuring your information is accurate
  • All activity under your account

We may suspend accounts for misuse.

5. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be made through the Platform.
  • Fees are shown before confirmation.
  • We may charge a service fee.
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (if applicable).

6. Care Provider Responsibilities

Care Providers agree to:

  • Provide accurate qualifications
  • Comply with Singapore laws
  • Provide services with reasonable care and professionalism
  • Not misrepresent skills or certifications

We may remove Care Providers who breach these Terms.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate care information
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Pay agreed fees
  • Not request illegal services

8. No Medical Advice

The Platform does not provide medical advice.

Any information on the Platform is for general informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

  • We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Care Providers.
  • We do not guarantee service quality or outcomes.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid to us in the last 3 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not allowed by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Safety concerns

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Singapore.
